I'm a fun-loving, sociable, caring, honest person, I enjoy catching up with friends,dinners out, entertaining in my home and going just about anywhere, but don't get me wrong, there is a time where I like to relax and watch a movie. I also love to travel even though I don't get the chance much these days. I've travelled all over Europe, USA, Canada in the past and lived in different countries such as England, New Zealand and also 4 states of Australia. Walking my dog, going to the gym three times a week and gardening [when it's not raining! ] keeps me active, though I'm always busy doing something. I love listening to music, in the car, over breakfast, at night, during the day whenever and wherever there's a stereo...it's on! So you can see music is very important. I have 3 children but only the youngest lives with me. I am currently working my way through a very overgrown garden. It came into my care when I moved. I always dress to make a good impression. I volunteer in various areas and find it very rewarding. I'm looking for company, interesting conversation, consideration and socializing and then let's see what developes. I fill my time with many activities but there is always time for a special man. I am tactile, affectionate etc. I love cooking but will happily share the kitchen.
I believe that everyone has baggage but what matters is if you leave it on the "carousel" or put it away in storage. Mine is "in a locked cupboard". But that's not to say we haven't learnt from it.

- Music
- I enjoy mostly all music from the 60s to now except heavy metal and rap, Wouldn't begin to list names, too many good ones.Would love to see more live performances but prefer to have company. Don't play an instrument but admire those who do.
- Reading
- I don't have a lot of time to read these days but enjoy such books as murder mysteries and drama's. Not a magazine reader, need something with more substance than gossip. Like self help and something that leaves you thinking. Use to enjoy Wilbur Smith.
- Movies & TV
- I like movies with a bit of a laugh in them and "CSI" type stories. One of my favourite movies is "The Pursuit of Happiness". Movies that uplift like that. Two and a half men is fun [when they are new] The Mentalist and Cold Case, ones that make you think. Some chick flicks [well I am female]
- Sport
- Not having been brought up in Melbourne, I'm not a huge football fan, but I can enjoy a game with you. So even though sports aren't really my thing, I will fit in with you and have a good time. Know a bit about golf and don't mind watching that.
- Other interests
- I like to dance, you know...bust a few of those old moves but sadly don't get to dance enough! Do you know any good places? Also enjoy markets, antiques,gardening, home reno's, classic cars [really, not just saying it for effect], swimming, real estate. Open to suggestion also. Love to be busy.
