A bit of background info: I went back to Uni when my children (now 17 and 21) started school. I studied for five years and have been working as a pre-school teacher for the past seven years. I love my job although tend to spend too much time working at home so need someone to drag me away to do something else. Re the baggage: I think it's more important how you have unpacked your baggage and used it to improve yourself and your life. Bit wary of people who say they have no baggage.
Now I want to travel, explore new things,and have some fun. I love to go out for dinner, the theatre, markets, explore new places, the beach,the bush, play tennis and grow veges. Would also love to get some mobile accommodation and travel around Aust. I am not a thrill seeker so if you like jumping out of planes I am not for you.
I don't think it's necessary to have the same interests as a potential partner I would like to do some things I haven't done before, as long as values and outlook are compatible its all good. Kayaking and some sort of dance are on my agenda.
Basically, I am a genuine and warm person who values honesty and integrity in myself and others. I love people with a sense of humour, compassion and a relaxed outlook on life. And yes I do wear shoes! - (had a few comments about that second photo, my son took it on the spur of the moment)

- biographies, autobiographies, cooking books and mags, health-related books, occasional novel when time, newspaper, personal development,inspirational, spiritual
- Movies & TV
- Love documentaries,arthouse; prefer comedies and meaningful drama and dislike horror, sci-fi or anything too extreme.
Not too much on TV that is worth watching, mostly watch ABC and SBS, Spicks and Specks, Rockwiz, Insight etc
- Sport
- Play and love to watch tennis. Have just joined Step into Life (outdoor group training) , walk a lot, run occasionally, like pilates and yoga.
Not a big fan of AFL - sorry!
