my interests

Music: Various music does it for me and often like things quite different. When not being selective I'd normally have the radio tuned to KGB however I'm not a fan of everything they air.

These days I like frequently varying a short list mix of favorite oldies along with new hits on my mp3 player.

Reading: I like non-fiction involving people overcoming overwhelming obstacles and still chasing their dreams.

I may be reading anything from slightly sci-fi to some pages from Gibran, Rumi or Pema, other spiritual text or deep into my next course of study.

Anything I can learn or grow from really.

Movies & TV: I don't like TV very much. Movies are good at home on the DVD, curling up on a sofa and trying to stay awake.

I enjoy suspense movies were I can't work out what's going to happen next. Comedies are always fun. Also romances are great value as I do have a soft spot for the ideals of love.

Sport: Cycling/running/training in the gym during the week. I also enjoy yoga from time to time and a round of tennis or golf at work.

Long hikes in the local mountains or anything adventurous. I like to stay very fit. I'm not much into watching sports.

Skiing and diving are old favourites.

Other interests: I'm into craftmanship, woodwork, precious metals, gardening...

Training the children in ball skills, or other general activities with them.

Getting about barefoot, being a bit norti in general.

I am very interested in the metaphysical and spiritual and getting to the core of who people are.
